Laminated card machine operation process:
step 1: computer design layout, using a color inkjet printer to print fine patterns on PVC printing materials
Step 2: Place the patterned PVC printing material and laminating film into the laminator tray orderly
(Note: 15 copy papers are placed at the bottom of the tray. The stacking sequence is steel plate + laminating film + printing material + printing material + laminating film).
Laminated film with adhesive surface toward printing material, no glue surface toward steel plate
Step 3: Place the material tray into the laminating machine and tighten the lamination tray. Press the red button
(Note: After the tray is placed in the machine, the aluminum block inside the machine is pressed while the turntable is turned tight. Please place the column of the tray against the aluminum block)
Step 4: After the machine alarms, remove the tray every 5-10 minutes. Do not immediately open the steel plate, place it for a while, and remove the synthetic material after is cold cut.
